Shelley Harkins, CFO
Chief Financial Officer
My family moved to the Warner Robins area in 1975. My father was a Chief Master Sgt. in the U.S.A.F. and retired here in 1982. I graduated from Warner Robins High School in 1980. Shortly after graduation, I met John Harkins, my husband. John is also a graduate of Warner Robins High School.
I met Tassie Cantrell in 1981 and in short time she became one of my best friends. When the Cantrell Center was opened in 1992 it only made sense that I would come on board and be a part of the little Physical Therapy practice she was opening. WOW did this little facility grow… We went from 3 employees in a small office space on Corder Road to 40 plus employees in this beautiful facility that has helped so many people throughout the years.
Currently I hold the position of Chief Financial Officer, Personnel Officer and am a member of the Executive Committee. I am happy to be a part of this facility and proud of what it has accomplished over the years. Tassie has always treated the employees here like family and it shows in the attitude and comradery that is felt by patients, members and staff alike. The employees here really are what they appear to be- wonderful, caring, fun, decent people! I am blessed to be a part of this family.
John and I live on a farm in Macon County where John recently retired from being the game warden. He now enjoys staying home and working on the property. I am currently working 3 days a week and spend the remainder of the time traveling with my husband or just hanging out with family. We have 3 adult children (Josh, Sarah & Daniel) and one grandchild (Raelyn) that we enjoy spending time with and watching as they make their way down the path of life.
