My name is Monique Hampton, a former city girl from Los Angeles, California. I moved to Warner Robins Georgia in 1996 with my parents and 2 sisters (Military Brats). This was a severe culture shock for us. In 1999, I married a good old country boy, born and raised in Butler Georgia.
Brian Hampton is an Alternative school teacher for the Georgia Center in Reynolds, Georgia. He is also the President and Boxing Coach for B.A.M. (boxing and mentoring). Shortly after we married, our family had a new addition. No- not me- but my parents! Yes, my natural parents had another little girl, my 3rd sister (surprise!). Two months later my husband and I were blessed with our 1st child, a beautiful baby girl whom we named Brianna Menya Hampton. Brianna is quite the DRAMA QUEEN with tons of personality. My work background consists of 7 years Medical Billing and Coding, 5 years banking and 2 years contract building.
When I came to drop off my resume here at the Cantrell Center for Physical Therapy, I was extremely impressed at how beautiful this facility was. Although they were not hiring at the time, I had already made up my mind that this is where I am going to be employed. The only problem was that the Cantrell Center had no idea who I was. For the next 4 to 5 months I was like a smashed bug up against the window (oh they were going to get to know me!). Finally I receive a phone call, they were letting an old gal join there family. It was not until then that I realized not only was this facility beautiful, but my co-workers were just as beautiful- kind, caring and just a fun bunch of dedicated workers. I truly got a 2 for 1 deal.
