Water Aerobics Instructor
Hi there, my name is Emily Chambers. I am from Macon, GA and graduated from Mount de Sales Academy. I then moved to Valdosta, GA and earned my Bachelor’s Degree in Health Science and Psychology. After graduating, I decided to move back to my hometown of Macon. My family lives near Lake Tobesofkee so I fell in love with the area growing up and decided to relive some of my favorite memories since I love the water and being outdoors!
Outside of work, I love to go paddle boarding/kayaking. I have recently been training my pup, Huck, to tag along on the paddle board with me! Outside of the water, I enjoy indoor rock climbing/bouldering. This is still a new hobby to me, but I hope to one day get into outdoor rock climbing as well.
As you can tell, I love being on my feet, so once I found out about an opening at the Cantrell Center, I felt like this would be a great opportunity for me to learn more about health & wellness while doing what I love! I also enjoy supporting & motivating others to reach their personal health & fitness goals.
