We’ve long been looking forward to the longer days and the blooming flowers and now the time is here: It’s time to spring into action!
What are you looking forward to doing this spring? Does planting a garden interest you? Would you like to take the grandkids out for a picnic in the park?
Take a moment to reflect back on what you did this past winter. Did you do the things over the winter that would help prepare you to fully enjoy the spring? Are you in a place where you’re ready to spring into action?
For example, gardening often requires a lot of bending and kneeling. Do you feel confident you can do so without injuring yourself? A picnic on the grass would require getting up and down off of the ground. Do you feel you can do so with ease?
