The Cantrell Center's unique approach to wellness intregrates your personal fitness goals, the expertise of exericise physiologists and clinical staff, and the comprehensive knowledge of your family doctor. A formula that can only result in a healthier community.
	After receiving clearance from your family physician, you may immediately begin your wellness program. Just ask your doctor to sign off clearing you for exercise. Once you have it, call us at (478) 333-6777 to set up your Wellness Consultation! Member consultations include analysis of percentage body fat, body mass index, and the implementation of a personalized training program. Our experienced trainers are available to support the select client with expert advice and assistance during normal operating hours.
